PUPPY PALS CLUB EVENTS

Summer Program – All classes are approximately 90 minutes – rain or shine.

From now through 7/31, when you enroll, you are eligible to win 4 tickets to the August 3 rd “ Wiggles – Racing to the Rainbow Show ” at the DCU Center in Worcester, MA.  Winners will also qualify to attend a special reception to meet the Wiggles prior to the show.  For ticket information, please contact: The DCU Center

Grandparents Day – Learning to be Safe Around Dogs
We designed this program to help children understand dogs and how to play wisely around them. Will provide education about meeting, handling and caring for dogs in a safe way. What a fun way to spend some time with your grandchildren and A great day away from home – and parents, too.

Wednesday, August 1 -
9 – 11 am
$5 members/$10 non-members

Reading to Puppies -
Join us for story time to help settle down the puppies and let them experience being around kids. Bring a book of your choice or listen to our books with dog-related themes.

Wednesday, August 8 -
9 – 11 am
$5 members/$10 non-members

Bake Doggie Cookies for Our Puppies or Yours –
We will provide everything to you need to mix, form and bake delicious and healthful doggie cookies. Bring home a delightful bunch for your own dog, or leave them for our hungry doggie mouths.

9 – 11 am
$10 members/$16 non-members

Scarecrow Creation Party –
Bring in your own unique and cute decorations to add to the scarecrow forms we provide. Your special and individual scarecrow will help to teach the puppies about “strange objects.” Come back at our October Pancake Breakfast and vote for your favorite creation.

Wednesday, August 22 -
9 – 11 am
$10 members/$16 non-members

Adults must accompany all children under the age of 12, and please, no pets; we will provide our assistance dog puppies. These hands-on activities will allow you to learn about dogs, make new friends and earn badges for completed projects. Class size is limited, so reserve your spot early! Invite your friends, too!
