We also ask for other information that may help us in selecting a proper dog for you, which may contain personal information about you.

The Way We Use Information:

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order nor do we sell our mailing list.

We use the information about your medical condition, personal care and living arrangements to help us assess the need for a dog and, if accepted, the type of dog. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to assess your requirement.

We use the information you provide about someone else when applying for a dog to help us contact you. We do not share this information with outside parties.

We use the information you provide about your physician to verify the extent of your disability. By completing this section you are giving NEADS permission to contact your physician. We do not share this information with outside parties.

We use return e-mail addresses to answer the e-mail we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better understand how our web site is being used. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to improve our web site.

Finally, we never use or share the personal information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

How You Can Correct Your Information

You can correct factual errors in your personal information by sending us a request that credibly shows an error.
