Do you know a dog who should be crowned the “Eukanuba Assistance Dog of the Year?”

Assistance dogs deserve recognition and praise for the help and support they provide. You probably know an assistance dog who gives 110 percent to the job. If so, nominate that outstanding canine for the “Eukanuba Assistance Dog of the Year.”

You can nominate your own dog or a dog of someone you know. One dog/handler team will receive national recognition, a lifetime supply of Eukanuba Dog Food, premium nutrition from The Iams Company, and an all-expense paid trip to the 2005 AKC/Eukanuba National Championships in Tampa, Fla. Two other teams will receive a year’s supply of Eukanuba.

Nomination is easy. Submit a photo of the dog and 100-word essay explaining why the nominated dog deserves to be named the “Eukanuba Assistance Dog of the Year.” Nominations are accepted from now through June 8, 2004.
